# Switching Connections#

A $${{params.a }} \rm\ \mu\textrm{F}$$ capacitor and a $${{params.b }} \rm\ \mu\textrm{F}$$ capacitor are connected in series across a $${{params.v }} \textrm{ kV}$$ potential. The charged capacitors are then disconnected from the source and connected to each other with terminals of like sign together.
