If the capacitance per unit length of a cylindrical capacitor is 16\(\textrm{ pF/m}\), what is the ratio of the radii of the two cylinders, \(R_2/R_1\)? In this set-up, \(R_2\) is the outer cylinder and \(R_1\) is the inner cylinder.
